Mariner Capital Partners (MCP) is a private equity fund, which manages over $65 million in investment capital. Our focus is to acquire lower middle market manufacturers, value-added distributors and service companies headquartered in the Midwestern, Southeastern and Southwestern United States with $1 million to $5 million in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation and Amortization Expenses).

Our investments take the form of equity and, where appropriate, mezzanine securities.

The fund is opportunity-oriented and we support our management teams with the financial and operational resources needed to accelerate growth, optimize performance and create long-term value.  Where appropriate, we seek to acquire value-enhancing, strategic acquisitions for our portfolio companies.

• Quality reputation
• Ability to produce positive, predictable cash flows
• Diversified product offering and customers

Management Team Support

• We prefer strong existing management teams
• We prefer management teams that are motivated by equity ownership
• We do not seek to become involved n the day-to-day operational management of our portfolio companies. 
• Our goal is to provide active board level and management level support to our existing management teams.
