Mariner Capital Partners (MCP) is a private equity firm which manages over $65 million in investment capital. Our focus is to acquire lower middle market manufacturers, value-added distributors and service companies headquartered in the Midwestern, Southeastern and Southwestern United States with $1 to $5 million in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization Expenses).

Our investments take the form of equity and, where appropriate, mezzanine securities.

Management Team Support

• We prefer strong existing management teams
• We prefer management teams that are motivated by equity ownership
• We do not seek to become involved in the day-to-day operational management of our portfolio companies. 
• Our goal is to provide active board level and management level support to our existing management teams.
